That’s great. How often did you water this while propagating?

#### Becky replied on 2024-11-09

I kept it in water until it grew a couple of small roots, then watered every couple of weeks when potted :)

Congrats! This little leaf was so determined that it pushed a small slab of shell aside to emerge.

Definitely! This is one of my first experiences propogating, can't wait to do more!

How big is the pot? I want to do same thing to mine...

#### Becky replied on 2024-11-10

About 12cm diameter :)

How did you start this propagation? I want to try it with mine! lol

I was given a cutting from a neighbour - it was just a leaf with a straight cut at the end, so I assume you can just chop it? 🤷‍♀️ I kept it in water (1/3 of the leaf submerged \& changing the water a couple of times a week) in partial sun until it had at least one 1inch root, then potted it 😊

Thank you! 🙂
