I sowed these bonsai seeds in Sept 7th and only one is growing the (rocky mountain pine) one. Is there anything that I can do to make the others grow as well?

Maybe the others just take longer and you might want to get extra grow lights of different colours to replicate sunlight for better stronger growth or replace your current grow light with a full spectrum light just to be cost effective.

I’d say give them some more time with it going into the winter months!
