Hi! I have a philendron ring of fire and it’s growing well. I noticed this happening on one area (pic 2) and I’m wondering if this section needs to be propagated or if I should just leave it alone?

Those are aerial roots. It’s telling you it wants to climb. I suggest a moss pole🥰she’s gorgeous!

Ps when you’re ready to prop I’d be interested in a trade!

You can prop it since it has aerial roots starting. But you don't have to. Just personal preference of if you don't like the look, or if you want more plants
