# I went to my local nursery and got a monstera Peru but on my way out…

I went to my local nursery and got a monstera Peru but on my way out was stopped and asked if I would like this cutting to go with it (for free lol) and so of course I said yes! What rooting solutions do you use? I e only ever just used water and so far have had luck but interested in other ideas ᵕ̈

It likes a water propagation too!

bigger cuttings with multiple leaves are fine in water, but small nodes should be put in sphagnum to prevent rot

Even if all the leaves died from to much heat on my drive home 🙈
