It looks great to me!!! I think it has plenty of roots. Just make sure you keep the soil a little more moist then your supposed to because it's a big transition from water to dry soil.

I wait until the roots are two inches long and have some shoots growing off of them before transitioning to soil.

Do my roots look healthy because I’m a little worried about the brownish color

they look healthy! I think that’s just the color of the roots.
