Looks good to me. I change the water about once a week or when I notice there isn't any more air bubbles around the plant

When you change the water, leave just a little bit of the current water in the vase so it doesn’t shock the plant. :)

Warning- aglaonema can take a very long time to propagate, especially in water (I find they do slightly better in soil). These look like beautiful cuttings!sending you good juju.

… in regardless of some people who poo poo it, I think any propagation in water if it’s plateauing, I think a Pothos cutting really helps

I saw a guy post about his taking 5 weeks in water😭but im willing to wait. I think lol
