I tried to get good pictures of the leaf and stem!

I don't see why not. They all look healthy. I recommend getting more soil along the stem 2-3 months before cutting so that it already has roots. Makes the process of chopping \& propping much, much easier

yes. ensure the nodes are covered, wait a little and roots will grow
