I just got this albo cutting! I’ve propagated in water before but i also heard that aerial propagating with ziplock bags works with monstera too. Can yall help a girl out so I don’t mess her up? Should stick her in a cup of water or do something else? The last monstera i got i just stuck the node in the soil (potted pic) and waited patiently. My small potted monstera has a nice handsome leaf now.

I’ve only heard of using aerial propagation for stems that are still connected to the mother plant (ie waiting for it to root on the plant before taking the actual cutting). If potting in soil worked for you before without a leaf, I think you’ll probably be successful doing that again with your new cutting! Or wait for it to root in water first just to be sure.
