# Hello all! I’m propogating two pothos at the moment, its been a week…

Hello all! I’m propogating two pothos at the moment, its been a week 1/2. I havent seen much growth. How long should I wait before taking them out of water and trying soil for the roots? Thank you!

Definitely do a water change if you haven’t already, make sure it’s getting alottt of light for 12\* hrs a day and add some prop drops/rooting hormones to speed it up (if you have them). Otherwise be patient and in about 2 more weeks you’ll see some good root growth!

it usually takes a couple weeks to a month at the least!
