I have this polkadot plant here and it’s getting too tall for its own good. How would I go about propagating this so that I can make it shorter and hopefully in the future more full looking? Just cut and place in water?

Cut off your peace the put it in a bowl or vase (Ex.) Of water that only goes touching the stem not drowning any leaves leave it like this for a month or two or ununtil it grows good sized roots then you can plant it (make sure there is always water in you bowl or vase)

And put a baggie or cloche over top to give it some humidity. That’s the only way I was able to get my polka dot props to root in water.

I also piped the props back in the soil and kept them moist and they rooted in a week; much faster then in water.
