# Anyone ever grow eucalyptus from seed? I have seeds for a dwarf…

Anyone ever grow eucalyptus from seed? I have seeds for a dwarf variety that's said to make a good houseplant but I have no idea what they want and I haven't been able to find much good info. Variety is Moon Lagoon and germination was pretty good: 75%.

Sending u better luck vibes than I ever could with an established baby. They hate me but I love them :(

For light, it prefers full sun/bright indirect light, but will tolerate a wide range. For soil, basic potting soil with added drainage. It'll need consistent watering (about once or twice a week) while young. As it gets older you can water less often (anywhere from once a week to every other week. It's drought tolerant, so it'll be relatively forgiving of mistakes once it's established.) Water thouroughly when you do water it.

Thank you! They're in an indoor greenhouse right now under 2 grow lights. If I get one to survive long enough to transplant and put in the app, I'll update!
