Looks like a ric rac cactus!

Could also be fish bone cactus

I did figure out it is a fishbone after looking at photos!

That pot is most likely too big for it fyi, may lead to root rot since the soil will take longer to dry out.

Really? Even though I used orchid soil and perlite?

Check the orientation. It looks like it’s planted upside down.

There are 5 one inch long roots in the soil. It’s definitely planted correctly. Thanks though.
