I have had this in water for a month or so not really seeing much. Any help?

Hmm it looks healthy but that’s a tad slow for a philodendron 🤔 If you’re willing to try a product, SuperThrive might give it a growth boost

My PPP took forever to root in water for some reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t give up just yet.

If the leaves are alive, just be patient  
Change out the water and make sure there’s no chlorine/fluorine in the H2O too

If by chance you have a Pothos rooting in water add the Pothos and roots to the same water. Supposedly they give off a particular hormone that will help the philo root more aggressive.

Also, if you change the water, only change our partial. I actually don’t change mine I will just add more filtered water.
