Should I repot my spider plant when I see the roots this? I’ve been researching about it and getting conflicting information online.

if you’re eventually planning on repotting it, i would now before the roots are too tangled with the pot. (: otherwise, if the plant is healthy, it’s okay to leave. that’s just with my experience though!

I had one that looked like that. It wasn’t necessarily unhealthy but it def wasn’t growing any. After I repotted it, it rly grew a lot.  
That’s just my opinion and my experience
