# Hi everyone, I was changing the water out it one of my monstera props…

Hi everyone, I was changing the water out it one of my monstera props and noticed it was brown on some of the roots and I was wondering if everything was okay? I’ve never seen this before so I’m just hoping it’s okay?

had this happen to my pothos ophelia so im not sure if it’s the exact same thing but it’s most likely totally fine just a variety of root colors! love ur monstera’s name btw!

They look a lil mushy, if they are then cut them off
