Hello, I am not familiar with orchids or how to propagate at all. I got this one a while ago and it was kind of dying so I got it for less than half price to try and bring it back to life.

It did get better and even bloomed once since I got it. But after these started growing and the stems started drying up so I cut them a little.

Now my question is what do I do best, how do I repot them and how do I even cut them off the stem or just repot them with the stems they are growing on? I have no idea😅

Wait on repotting as you disturb the roots when repotting and when you disturb the roots it sets the plant back and it’ll stop putting energy and nutrients to the new growth. Keep the stem for now and let them get a little bigger with some arial roots so that you have a better chance at them being successful when you do propagate them.
Cute off that yellow dying leaf at the base of the plant though as it’s just sucking up energy that could go to the little babies instead. Plus it’s never going to turn green again. Once it starts yellowing it’s a dead leaf.
When they’re bigger and each have a root you can cut the stem off at the base and then chop them off with a little bit of the stem attached still and put them in an appropriate sized pot with orchid mix. Keep moist not sopping for a few weeks and then slowly bring it to a schedule where you water it, let it dry out, repeat. :) best of luck!!!

Thank you so much! Will cut the dead lead now and hopefully when they get bigger and I propagate it will all go by plan!

That’s awesome. I’m jealous.
