I let mine in for a little longer so it has more roots for more structure and strength and since your tradenscantia look kinda big I’d say let the root grow a little more

i’ve found you can plant these whenever you like as long as you keep the soil moist for the first few days. i put mine in a 2” pot with all purpose mix (mostly water-retaining) at first before repotting later with more drainage material mixed in

You can plant it now. Use rooting hormone powder to boost the roots. But, it’s optional. Tradescantia can propagate straight into the soil very easily.
