You could probably turn this into more than one cutting. It looks like there are several aerial roots where leaves are connected to the main stem.

I would separate it into at least two separate cuttings. With the new leaf forming on the left side, it will take more effort for it to produce roots for a cutting that large with more than a couple full size leaves.
