thats a flamingo lilly! you can propagate them like pothos. just cut at the base and remove lower leaves so the roots can grow out of where the leaves used to be :)

That’s an anthurium not a a peace lilly

Is a anthurium the same as a flamingo lily

yes, flamingo lily is apart of the anthurium family 🌱

for propagating, you can divide them when re potting
