I’ve been trying to propagate some aloe Vera for a while now and I followed steps cutting the leaf leaving it to callus for a week before potting in soil but it’s been in soil for some time now and there’s no signs of anything happening. Has anyone propagated aloe from single leaf cutting before ? Does anyone have any tips?

How long has it been in the soil? The soil also looks to be a bit dry, with the propagation in my experience they like a moist soil, but don’t like to be waterlogged.
