How do I propagate a chalk Dudley’s? Should I remove the flowers at the top for seeds? Clueless how to propagate this plant

Propagate this perennial succulent by taking stem cuttings. Cut a stem from the mother plant and place it into damp soil. By cut I mean “pluck” as if a petal from a daisy.
