# Wow! Two months ago I posted asking for help on my Alocasia Bambino…

Wow! Two months ago I posted asking for help on my Alocasia Bambino that apparently went dormant. I knew nothing about them besides some varieties can go dormant in winter.  
This is her today! After sitting lifeless and bald in a pot for 6 months, I decided to try reviving it. For two months I had it in a plastic bag with mist, then added sphagnum moss, then a week ago when the roots were long and a leaf sprout was 1/2”, I moved to a glass jar covered with a plastic ziploc. It instantly put out a beautiful baby leaf!  
Leafless photos is from end of June. Yellow leaf is from a year ago before it put out it’s last 2 leaves that lasted ~2mos.
