# So I am skeptical on the potential with this combo, but my Green…

So I am skeptical on the potential with this combo, but my Green Princess Philo needed repotted, so I cut off 2 pups. One went in water since it had the tiniest root. The other went in a self watering bottle. I know philos like to dry out between waterings, so I am not sure how she will like the self-watering bottle… we shall see! The teal pot is the mama plant ☺️

I’ve heard that for plants that prefer to dry out, you can wait longer to refill self watering pots!
