# I’ve been doing a “this is fine” since repotting this monster…

I’ve been doing a “this is fine” since repotting this monster (Mando). As I suspected, there is a decent amount of rot - the previous owner had covered it, I accidentally exposed it to too much rain, it’s way too hot outside etc.

I woke up the morning after confirming the rot, watched another video about cutting these, bought a hack saw from a thrift shop (it is a pretty amazing looking old tool), grabbed a magazine so I could hold it, and then went to work.

Mando will rise again when I have some weekend time.
