Hey so I have a corn plant and it is just failing to thrive and just keeps trying to die… it flowered a coupe of years ago which is super rare for them to do indoors, and it almost died after. I was wondering if I could propagate it somehow. Any suggestions would be helpful!

You can try to get a cutting and see what happens

I would chop the top part with the leaves and root that piece.
