# can someone comment some tips on propagating baby toes succulent…

can someone comment some tips on propagating baby toes succulent (Fenestraria aurantiaca)

also, i’m not sure if these pups are healthy enough to propagate. i haven’t had much luck with propagating this succulent, but i’m determined to become a plant grandparent! any info about propagating succulents and root development would help tremendously🫡

The key for succulents is put them on some dirt, and don’t water them until they develop roots! If you water them as a leaf, it’ll just rot. I’ve propped some succulents in water by sticking just the end in the water.
