Snake plants are insanely resilient so repotting them is a breeze. Based on the picture, you'll be able to split it into 2-3. When removing her from the pot and getting rid of the excess soil on the roots, you will lose roots and that's okay! They are very brittle typically. Make sure to clean the roots of throughly. You will notice you have what look like thick roots— those are rhizomes. sometimes they need to be cut (properly, of course). They will usually be connecting to smaller growth. That's sort of how snake plants expand. To repot, you can use the typical fast draining soil mixed with perlite (make sure to wear a mask when dealing with perlite). Or use a mix of peat moss, vermiculite, and perlite. Snake plants like fast draining soil. Make sure to not pack in the soil and to use a pot that's only about 2-3 sizes up from your plants current size. Otherwise, you'll deal with rot as snake plants are prone to it. Back to the rhizomes: the smaller growths that are cut off can be replanted as long as there is the root available! This is how I have always repotted my snake plants and it has worked without fail. Wish you the best!

Two ways to propagate 1 cut off a leaf and cut a v shape at the bottom and place in water 2 divide the plant

I just reported mine. It was super easy. I watched a YouTube video about it \& it made me a lot more confident that I wouldn’t kill it 😁
