i got this plant almost a year ago and it is doing amazing! i haven’t seen much on this plant i didn’t even know what it was until i looked it up. does anyone know how to propagate it? or if you even can?

I’ve received a propagation of this plant and it didn’t make it, I think I transferred to soil before the roots were ready

Looks like its Swedish Ivy to me! I have one too. Super easy to propagate, kinda like succulents. Grows like a weed in my garden outside and loves to ground crawl and spread out creepy crawly wide.
