I need help with this little guy, gifted after my father passed away last year, he’s very special to me. I’m a novice, help please. He’s a peace lily

They droop when they are thirsty, just be sure not to overwater, make sure there’s proper drainage such as rocks or perlite added as that will cause root rot, those have been my biggest issues

It looks like he needs water (peace Lillys are notorious for being drama queens when they need watering) but make sure it has drainage holes otherwise you will run the risk of giving him root rot!

I have my peace lily, Bee, (That’s her name) in my house on my mantle. It’s rather dark up there, but she has SOOOOO many flowers!!!! I water her when the soil on top it dry. Don’t worry if it starts drooping, Peace Lilies can be drama queens! If they are dropping, give it some water and it should be back in full health! If you notice any yellow leaves, you can trim them. Also, if you see mold, don’t worry. It’s from overwatering and can be fixed easily. Scrape it off with a plastic spoon, and change the soil. It should be better in no time.

I wish I knew these things when I got one! 😂

Looks pretty healthy but I would repot soon so it doesn’t get root bound
