Hello! Had this big boy for about 3 months, and it’s probably a year, and I am planning to prologate it. It’s still in the nursery pot, and I want another Sword Fern, but I don’t have a bigger pot, and I don’t know exactly where to put the propagated fern. Help appreciated!

They often make stolons with small plantlets after a while, from which you can propagate new plants from. One option would also be to divide the plant but it’s a risky move and you’ll probably lose a lot of leaves in the process, which would be a shame for such a nice plant

I’m going to repot it later, I have to run some errands first! Fern is going to be super happy after!
