# I need some advice for my rubber plant. Is it good to prune the top…

I need some advice for my rubber plant. Is it good to prune the top off? Has anyone done that? Do you propagate what you prune? Mine looks a bit leggy and id like it to get bigger leaves instead of always putting new ones on.

If you prune off the top, it’ll branch out like a tree. You can definitely propagate the cuttings

How do you propagate them? I need to trim mine too.

I just put the stem right in water and it’ll grow roots from the stem! Make sure it has a leaf on it though
