# Has anyone had any luck with propagating Lavender? Mine unfortunately…

Has anyone had any luck with propagating Lavender? Mine unfortunately died. It was the first time though I didn’t just have it submerged in water first to produce roots… I did a little research and everything I read said to put it straight into soil. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of my failure.

No luck per se but the ones I put in soil hasn’t completely died or grown any new stem. Inside is not the most optimal growing condition so I would love to hear more about this as well from others

Yah I had mine next to the window as well for the max sunlight I could give it. It just got crispy and died even though I was keeping up with its watering and everything, never started any roots at all. I hope yours makes it!

Lavender is really tricky to grow indoors unfortunately 😢
