I have this monstera cutting with roots but no leaves. What’s the best way to propagate this bad boy? Spaghnum moss?

I would put it into a well draining potting mix in a 4 inch or 5 inch wide pot. Add rooting hormone powder to stimulate more root growth. Place in bright indirect light. Fertilize every two weeks in warmer weather with 50% diluted liquid fertilizer.

It can live in water too. Change the water every week, and fertilize every month
