# I’ve been propagating both of these pothos cuttings for the same…

I’ve been propagating both of these pothos cuttings for the same amount of time. You can see the growth on the right but for the one on the left, what do you think is the problem?

lots of water mold around the roots. clean it regularly. also, some plants just root slower than others 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think anything is wrong. Instead of changing out the water I spray a mix of water and hydrogen peroxide into the water to help prevent any funguses like mold etc. I feel like the water it’s in contains so much nutrients I wouldn’t want to toss it out. The diluted hydrogen peroxide will take care of the bacteria! I also use prop drops to help encourage faster growth in my propagations
