I bought this 2 days ago; when I brought it home I imported it to check the roots, I pulled off some darker brown/ softer ones, sprayed it with peroxide \& repotted it in fresh soil. My question is, do I prune the old/curled leaves? If so how far back?

I wouldn’t do any chopping until the plants gotten larger and has given you more leaves to work with.

I think you should cut two or three of the worst looking leafs off.

I’d try not using tap water since these are super fussy about that too
