Hello ! This is my first post here, but my orchid looks very ill and I don’t quite know what’s wrong, she’s been fine for years with no problems at all but over the past few months  
All I know is, she at least needs a repot

Probably a repot and needs water the roots are really white. Might want to check for root rot as well.

it does have new growth which i see! i grown my orchid in water (water culture) there are plenty of videos online. i recommend you do this.

I would cut off all the dead \& rotted roots (anything papery or mushy) and repot either into a clear orchid pot or in water like mentioned in the comment above!
