# I’ve had this aloe plant for almost four years and it hasn’t been…

_Posted by Alyssa on 2024-02-20_

I’ve had this aloe plant for almost four years and it hasn’t been doing too well this past year after moving. It looked like the bottom leaves were rotting so I changed soil from a heavy soil to a succulent soil, and chopped off the bad leaves. But now I’m just noticing these strange black dots all over it, is this indicative of some pest or disease and what do I do to treat it? This is my very first plant baby and so it’s hard to not fret over it lol.

After doing some research on my own, I think it might be fungus related, will try treating it here
