I went to a retreat. Left Saturday, and just got back this morning. I can’t be mad at my fiancé, but I’m definitely sad. He did warn me that a couple of the plants “didn’t look too good”. My poor Silver Nerve Plant.

I’m assuming she’s beyond hope? She had no grow light while I was gone. And then I’m assuming she went from underwatered to overwatered. I know my man tried. Ugghh.

I’d try to give it some light and maybe repot if it’s overwatered to get it out of soggy soil and prevent root rot, but also nerve plants are drama queens so a little TLC might help her perk up

Thank you! I was very particular with my schedule and attention of all my plants before I left…. Lights, open windows, water, fertilizer or mist. To nothing when I was gone. I knew my fiancé would not be able to keep up with the app or written instructions so I just said just check the soil and water lately. I knew that was also a stretch.

I agree. Take her outta the pot and let her soil dry out.

No problem! Oh yeah I bet, I have a bit of a schedule too for my plants lol, but I would say that most of our hubbies aren’t that great at following directions lol, it’s alright. Most plants are more resilient than you think!

It’s a sensitive plant mine does the same when it needs water and takes a couple hours to sprout back up

Mines the same, dramatic as hell 🤣 just needs water!

Mine is all droopy but for overwatering. I just repotted and put it closer to the grow light 🤷‍♀️
