# I recently got some plants from a friend, can I get some help…

I recently got some plants from a friend, can I get some help identifying these and what their care is? How can I help these guys get better? Could I propagate these plants to help even out their growth and look better in their pots?

Edit: I forgot to take a picture of the bonsai… I’ve never had a bonsai and my friend said it’s definitely on its last leg. She said she hasn’t been watering very consistently and it needs a lot of light. I’m going to keep it under a grow light for now but any tips on bringing it back? I’m not sure what type of plant it is, the leaves are very spikey.
