I just got this baby today as a rescue. He was SUUUUUUUPER crunchy and some of his bottom leaves were falling off. I JUST finished watering him, any tips to help with recovery?

Air plants are really tricky in an easy way tbh

Only thing I can suggest is to water him with dirty water. Like pet bowl water or fish tank water.

i understand fish tank water, as that will have nutrients in it that help the plant, and no chlorine or chemicals, but idk why pet bowl water was mentioned :)

It has like the dirt and such from pets.  
It’s the next best thing if you don’t have a fish 🤷‍♀️
