Is it possible to encourage new leaves where they fallen off? This Petra just keeps growing taller with new growth from the top but the older lower leaves eventually fall, with the exception of the two. I think it’s probably time to repot as well…

I would need a second opinion, but you could probably cut it down to a stump and let it regrow.
