Anyone know what this black stuff is on my jade plant and if there’s a way to get rid of it or is she gonna die eventually :( ?

Not sure what it is. I would remove any leaves with that on it though as a precaution. If it stays to spread, i would cut everything up and propagate the healthy leaves.
