Root rot. I’d say it’s a goner

The whole plant doesn’t look like, only one other leaf that has a yellow tip maybe I can save it lol

I dug her up doesn’t look too bad, should I leave it in water for a bit so it can grow some roots or should I repot with better soil? I tried a new brand of dirt, ended up being super dense

I would give it a go! I see some good roots on the side. Repot and watch the watering. I wouldn’t give up on it though.
