# Why is my lemon vine looking limp and sad? It gets plenty of sunlight…

Why is my lemon vine looking limp and sad? It gets plenty of sunlight and I’m only watering it when Planta tells me to, but the leaves are limp and floppy and it looks quite dejected. Any tips?

Step one is to chop and prop so you don’t lose the entire plant. I would remove the soil from the plant and check the roots and give it some new soil maybe in a smaller pot. The soil looks a bit hydrophobic, best of luck!!!
