# I just got this Crispy Wave Fern and it’s already started drooping…

I just got this Crispy Wave Fern and it’s already started drooping and the color is less vibrant.. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Man, good luck. Ferns are picky as indoor houseplants. They like high humidity, no drafts, and stable temperatures. I've never had much success with ferns.

They also do not want direct sun! Definitely recommend a humidifier. Putting them under a cloche can help stabilize the heat/humidity

But trying it again with a humidifier.
