# ​ About 6 months ago this philodendron birkin experienced root rot…

About 6 months ago this philodendron birkin experienced root rot and I repotted it in chunkier soil. It’s only gotten worse since then. Each new leaf starts to brown immediately. It gets water when the soil is completely dry and it’s been a few feet away from an east facing window. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?
