Alocasia-osis. It’s caused by being an Alocasia.

(If you aren’t sure, 1) joking and 2) I haven’t had any success with Alocasias 🙃)

Looks like some sort of overwatering issue. I transplant all my Alocasias to semi hydro and they do much better. Although be warned they might loose all their leaves before coming back to their former glory.
