My peace Lilly has really bad root rot. Does anybody know how to treat it

Could you post pictures of the roots?

I dip the roots in a bowl/cup of a hydrogen peroxide and water mixture and shimmy them a bit while the roots are submerged. If it’s a larger plant spraying the mixture on the root will do as well.  
I’m constantly treating root rot, so hydrogen peroxide is my favourite houseplant tool.
