# Help! My first plant that I bought 4-5 years ago has been badly…

Help! My first plant that I bought 4-5 years ago has been badly looked after due to my ignorance. Since learning more I decided to check for root rot which it had. I did what I could and put what was left in water to see if it would grow new roots. This is all I have now after a couple of months. Is it worth trying it in soil?? I’m attached as it was my first and I killed it 😥 Would love to bring it back to life x

Personally I would wait until more roots pop up before planting in soil. It looks like this last man standing is doing really well tho, goodluck on your prop!!
