What do you think is going on with this guy? He was growing very strong until I propagated (perhaps incorrectly?) from the top. Since then he’s been a bit off. And that was a few months ago. I was thinking maybe needs a bigger pot?

Only repot if roots are coming out of the top or bottom. I can't tell what kind of plant it is in the picture?
